【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheimplementationandoperationofelectronicinformationmanagementsystems,includingthestorageandtransferofinformation,andaddressesissuesrelatingtotheauthenticityandintegrityoftheinformation.Theseissuesareimportantwheretheinformationmightbeusedasevidence.ThisBritishStandardcovers:?themanagementoftheavailabilityofelectronicinformationovertime;?electronicidentityverification,includingtheuseofelectronicsignaturesandelectroniccopyrightsystems,aswellasthelinkingofelectronicidentitytoparticularelectronicinformation.Itdoesnotcoverprocessesusedtoevaluatetheauthenticityofinformationpriortoitbeingcapturedinthesystem.TherequirementsspecifiedinthisBritishStandardaregenericandintendedtobeapplicabletoallcorporatebodies(orpartsthereof),regardlessoftype,sizeandnatureofbusiness.Theextentofapplicationoftheserequirementsdependsonthecorporatebody’soperatingenvironmentandcomplexity.ThisBritishStandardappliestoelectronicinformationinanyform.
