【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60071appliestothree-phasea.c.systemshavingahighestvoltageforequipmentabove1kV.Itspecifiestheprocedurefortheselectionoftheratedwithstandvoltagesforthephase-to-earth,phase-to-phaseandlongitudinalinsulationoftheequipmentandtheinstallationsofthesesystems.Italsogivesthelistsofthestandardwithstandvoltagesfromwhichtheratedwithstandvoltagesshouldbeselected.Thisstandardrecommendsthattheselectedwithstandvoltagesshouldbeassociatedwiththehighestvoltageforequipment.Thisassociationisforinsulationco-ordinationpurposesonly.Therequirementsforhumansafetyarenotcoveredbythisstandard.Althoughtheprinciplesofthisstandardalsoapplytotransmissionlineinsulation,thevaluesoftheirwithstandvoltagesmaybedifferentfromthestandardratedwithstandvoltages.Theapparatuscommitteesareresponsibleforspecifyingtheratedwithstandvoltagesandthetestproceduressuitablefortherelevantequipmenttakingintoconsiderationtherecommendationsofthisstandard.
