【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesaqualitativemethodforthedeterminationofzearalenoneinanimalfeedingstuffsand,inparticular,inmaize.Thismethodisforscreeningpurposesonly.Thelimitofdeterminationofzearalenoneisapproximately50μg/kg.NOTEAlthoughsorghumgivesinterferingfluorescentspotsidenticaltothoseofzearalenone,themethodisstillapplicabletothisfeedbecausetheRfvaluesaredifferentafterdevelopmentofthechromatogramintheseconddirection.Thesespotsarenotdevelopedbythespecifiedconfirmationtechnique.
