【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardprovidestheoverallframeworkfordetectionofsequencescorrespondingtospeciescontainingallergensusingthepolymerasechainreaction(PCR).Itrelatestotherequirementsforthespecificamplificationoftargetnucleicacidsequences(DNA)andfortheconfirmationoftheidentityoftheamplifiednucleicacidsequence.Guidelines,minimumrequirementsandperformancecriterialaiddownintheEuropeanStandardareintendedtoensurethatcomparableandreproducibleresultsareobtainedindifferentlaboratories.ThisEuropeanStandardhasbeenestablishedforfoodmatrices.
