【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestopostinsulatorsandpostinsulatorunitsofceramicmaterialorglassintendedforindoororoutdoorservice,andtopostinsulatorsoforganicmaterialintendedforindoorserviceinelectricalinstallationsorequipmentoperatingonalternatingcurrentsystemswithanominalvoltagegreaterthan1000Vandafrequencynotgreaterthan100Hz.Itmayalsoberegardedasaprovisionalstandardforinsulatorsforuseondirectcurrentsystems.Theinsulatorscoveredbythisstandardareprimarilyintendedforuseinisolators(disconnectors)orasbus-barorfusesupports.Thisstandardcoversfivetypesofpostinsulators:a)indoorpostinsulatorsofceramicmaterialorglassandwithinternalmetalfittings;b)indoorpostinsulatorsoforganicmaterialandwithinternalmetalfittings;c)outdoorcylindricalpostinsulatorsofceramicmaterialorglassandwithinternalmetalfittings;d)outdoorcylindricalpostinsulatorsofceramicmaterialorglassandwithexternalmetalfittings;e)outdoorpedestalpostinsulatorsofceramicmaterialorglass.Theterm"cylindricalinsulators"isintendedtocoverinsulatorsofthetruncatedconicalformalso.Thefivetypesofinsulatorsaredistinguishedbytheirelectrical,mechanicalanddimensionalcharacteristics.Figures1,2,3,4and5illustratetypicalexamplesofeachtypeofinsulator.Thesedrawingsareonlygeneralillustrationsandothershapesandconstructionsarepermitted.
