【摘要】:ThispartofEN746togetherwithEN746-1specifiessafetyrequirementsforsingleandmultipleburnersthatarepartofIndustrialThermoprocessingEquipment.(InthisstandardreferredtoasIThE).Thisdocumentdealswithsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttocombustionandfuelhandlingsystemsthatarepartofIThEaslistedinClause4,whenusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandardcovers:-fuelpipeworkdownstreamofandincludingthemanualisolatingvalve;-burner(s),burnersystemandignitiondevice;-safetyrelatedcontrolsystem(protectivesystem).ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoanyoxidationwithairorothergasescontainingfreeoxygenofgaseous,liquidandsolidfuelsoranycombustionofthemtoreleasethermalenergy.Forthermalorcatalyticpostcombustionandwasteincineration,thisEuropeanStandardappliesonlytoauxiliaryburnersdesignedtostart-upand/orsupporttheprocess.Thepressurehazardofpipingandcomponentscoveredbythisstandardiswithinthelimitsofmaximumpressure/sizerelationshipasdescribedinnormativeAnnexE.ThisEuropeanStandardalsogivesthenecessaryrequirementsfortheinformationforuse.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverhazardsfromheatinggeneratedbyelectricity.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwiththehazardscreatedbythereleaseofflammablesubstancesfromtheproductsprocessedintheIThE.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoelectricitycablingandpowercablingupstreamoftheIThEcontrolpanel/protectivesystem.Noisecanbeasignificanthazardforcombustionandfuelhandlingsystems.Itisnotdealtwithinthisstandard.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletocombustionandfuelhandlingsystemsaspartofIThEwhichismanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
