【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesminimumrequirementsforseriallyproducedlight-weightrefillablegascylindersintendedonlyfortheon-boardstorageofhighpressurecompressednaturalgasasafuelforautomotivevehiclestowhichthecylindersaretobefixed.Theserviceconditionsdonotcoverexternalloadingswhichmayarisefromvehiclecollisions,etc.ThisInternationalStandardcoverscylindersofanysteel,aluminiumornon-metallicmaterialconstruction,usinganydesignormethodofmanufacturesuitableforthespecifiedserviceconditions.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotcovercylindersofstainlesssteelorofweldedconstruction.CylinderscoveredbythisInternationalStandardaredesignatedasfollows:CNG-1MetalCNG-2Metallinerreinforcedwithresinimpregnatedcontinuousfilament(hoopwrapped)CNG-3Metallinerreinforcedwithresinimpregnatedcontinuousfilament(fullywrapped)CNG-4Resinimpregnatedcontinuousfilamentwithanon-metallicliner(allcomposite)NOTECylindersdesignedinaccordancewithISO9809-1,ISO9809-2,ISO9809-3andISO7866canbeusedforthisserviceprovidedthesedesignsmeetadditionalrequirementsasspecifiedinthisInternationalStandard.
