【摘要】:ThisPartofthisdocumentspecifiesatestmethodfordeterminingthefireresistanceofsmokeextractionducts.Itisapplicableonlytosmokeextractionductsthatpassthroughanotherfirecompartmentfromthefirecompartmenttobeextractedincaseoffire.Itrepresentsfireexposureofafullydevelopedfire.ThismethodoftestisonlyapplicabletofireresistingductsthathavepassedthetestfortheappropriateperiodtoEN1366-1(ductsAandB).ForductA,itisarequirementforfireresistingsmokeextractionductsthatthedocumentunderpressureof300Pa,asgiveninEN1366-1isincreasedto500PawhentestingtoEN1366-1.Forthepurposesofthetestdescribedinthisdocument,theductisreferredtoasductC.Thistesthasbeendesignedtocoverbothverticalandhorizontalsmokeextractionducts.However,providedbothhorizontalandverticaltestshavebeencarriedouttoEN1366-1onthespecificsystem,averticalsystemneednotbeevaluatedtothismethodprovidedithasbeentestedinahorizontalorientationtothismethod.However,ifthesysteminpracticeisonlytobeusedforverticalapplicationsinsmokeextractionsystems,thenitwillneedtobetestedinaverticalorientationtothismethod.Thismethodoftestisonlysuitableforductsconstructedfromnon-combustiblematerials(EuroclassA1andA2).Itisapplicableonlytofoursidedducts;one,twoandthreesidedductsarenotcovered.
