【摘要】:ThispartofEN1366specifiesatestmethodfordeterminingthefireresistanceofsmokeextractionductsthatareusedforsinglecompartmentapplicationsonly.Insuchapplications,thesmokeextractionsystemisonlyintendedtofunctionuptoflashover(typically600~C).Thismethodoftestisonlysuitableforductsconstructedfromnon-combustiblematerials(euroclassA1andA2-sl,dO).Itisapplicableonlytofoursidedandcircularducts.One,twoandthreesidedductsarenotcovered.Thistesthasbeendesignedtocoverhorizontalsmokeextractionductsintendedforsinglecompartmentapplicationsonly.Thistestmethodofpart9isapplicableonlytosmokeextractionductsthatdonotpassthroughintootherfirecompartments.Itrepresentsfireexposureofadevelopingfire(pre-flashover).Forsmokeextractionductsthatpassthroughintoothercompartments,themethodoftestdescribedinEN1366-8shouldbeused.Thesmokeextractionductispartofthesmokeextractionsystemwhichalsoincludessmokecontroledampersandsmokeextractfans.Themethoddescribedinthisteststandardiscomplexandrequiressophisticatedinstrumentation.Itisnotrecommendedthereforetotrytotestmultipleassembliesinthistest.
