【摘要】:Thistestmethodusesspecificstartingpointconditionsforthefrothflotationresponsetoaccomplishthefollowing:4.1.1Assessresponsesofoneormorecoalsorblendsofcoal,and4.1.2Evaluateanddeterminefrothflotationcircuitperformance.1.1Thistestmethodcoversalaboratoryprocedureforconductingasinglefrothflotationtestonfinecoal(thatis,nominaltopsizeof600m(No.30U.S.A.StandardSieveSeries)orfiner)usingadefinedsetofstartingpointconditionsfortheoperatingvariables.1.2Thistestmethoddoesnotcompletelycoverspecificproceduresfortheinvestigationofflotationkinetics.Suchatestisspecializedandhighlydependentupontheobjectiveofthedata.1.3Sinceoptimumconditionsforflotationareusuallynotfoundatthespecifiedstartingpoints,suggestionsfordevelopmentofgrade/recoverycurvesaregivenin.Suchaprocedureisverycase-specificandinvolvesrunningaseriesofflotationtestsinwhichsomeoftheoperatingvariablesarechangedinordertooptimizeconditionsforeitheryieldorgrade.1.4Laboratoryflotationresultsneednotberepresentativeoftheflotationresponseofcoalinfull-scalesituations,butaconsistentbaselinecanbeestablishedagainstwhichfull-scaleperformancecanbecompared.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother,withoutcombiningvaluesinanyway.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.6MaterialSafetyDataSheets(MSDS)forreagentsusedaretobeobtainedfromsupplierswhoaretobeconsultedbeforeworkwithanychemicalsusedinthistestmethod.
